Candidate ownership

Trust Profiles belong to the individual, not the employer. Candidates control which records are added, which records are shared, and which organisations have access. When access is revoked, sharing stops.

Privacy & consent

Verification only happens with explicit candidate consent. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Every action is logged in an audit trail visible to the candidate.
